Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Angela, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room itself was bright, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed.
Cleanliness was an issue. the bathroom had leftover soap residue and there were stains on the carpet, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.

The double queen room was exceptionally clean and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Staff members were notably friendly, always greeting me with a smile, and went out of their way to assist. The bed provided a great night’s sleep with various pillow options for comfort. Enjoyed fresh sushi from the dining area, which was a delightful surprise. However, there were no available snacks late in the evening, and the loud air conditioning was a bit disruptive during the night.

Great staff, not-so-great start
We had some ups and downs. The staff was super nice, especially Angela, who made our stay feel like home. The bar area was chill with good drinks, but that elevator smell was really bad, just grossing me out. Overall, decent experience but could use improvement.

Luxurious stay with modern amenities
We had a wonderful time during our one-night stay! The room was modern and comfortable, complete with a sofa and a spacious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The hotel's location felt very secure, and we loved that we were so close to a shopping center for dining options. However, I think a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice addition.

i really loved my stay at courtyard by marriott memphis east galleria! the double queen room was very clean and quiet. the bathroom was well lit with a great shower. they have an awesome sit-in lounge with delicious food and beverages. A starbucks bar. breakfast was fantastic, too. the staff were super accommodating and friendly!
